Service Description

The attorney will use a state-approved software application to administer the oath and notarize your signature remotely. Then, you will receive an electronically notarized document. The session typically lasts 15-20 minutes and requires that your device meet system requirements, depending on the software application. If you have more than one document that needs to be notarized (or more than one signature that needs to be stamped, you must schedule a session for each notarial act.
